Refund Policy

At Rifinefusion, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most items, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included.

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@rifinefusion.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or customization reasons, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked as "final sale")

  • Opened skincare, beauty, or wellness products

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe, please first check your bank or payment provider. If issues persist, contact us at support@rifinefusion.com.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the item and a description of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned instead.
